General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for lk-media.net – freelancer/advertising agency for web design

1. Scope The following general terms and conditions regulate the contractual relationship between lk-media.net and its customers in the area of web design and related services. Deviating regulations must be in writing.
2. Subject of the contract lk-media.net offers services in the field of web design, including the design and development of websites, graphic design and consulting services. The exact services result from the individual agreements between lk-media.net and the customer.
3. Copyright and intellectual property a) All works created by lk-media.net, including but not limited to graphics, designs, codes, texts and images, are subject to copyright and are the property of lk-media.net, unless expressly agreed otherwise . b) The customer only acquires usage rights to the created works that result from the respective subject matter of the contract. A transfer of rights requires the express written consent of lk-media.net. c) Any use, reproduction, distribution or modification of the created works without the express permission of lk-media.net is prohibited and may result in legal action.
4. Remuneration a) The remuneration for lk-media.net's services depends on the individual agreements between lk-media.net and the customer. b) All payments must be made within the agreed period without deductions, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
5. Liability a) lk-media.net is only liable for damages that are the result of gross negligence or intent. b) The liability of lk-media.net is limited to the damage that is typical for the contract and foreseeable.
6. Data protection a) lk-media.net undertakes to comply with the applicable data protection regulations and to treat customers' personal data confidentially. b) The processing of personal data takes place exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the contract and in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations.
7. Final provisions a) The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies. b) Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. c) Changes or additions to these General Terms and Conditions must be made in writing.
